CFRI’s 33rd National CF Education Conference is a 100% virtual event designed to reach the global cystic fibrosis community. The virtual event is structured just like a traditional ground event with a lobby, exhibit hall, auditorium, breakout sessions, swag, and more. You will be able to watch live and recorded sessions from the auditorium and participate in Q&A and polls, and engage with vendors, sponsors, speakers, and fellow attendees just as you would during a traditional in-person event.
You should have received a private link with your login details after you registered.
No. You only need access to the internet. No webcam is needed.
Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge.
All conference events are listed in Pacific Time.
A schedule of speakers may be found in the Conference Lobby, on the bottom left of the screen, or by entering the auditorium and clicking on the “View Event” screen. Activities may be accessed through the Activity Lounge.
Enter the desired room through the Auditorium and click on the “View Event” screen. A list of session descriptions will appear, along with a countdown clock to the right of each description, just above the “Join” button. When the start time arrives, click “Join” and wait for the host to open the meeting room.

Yes, a video recording of all speaker presentations will be available on the conference site for 30 days, and will also be available on CFRI’s YouTube page within two weeks. Slide availability will depend on the speaker. If available, they may be found on the “View Event” page under session description.
CFRI’s logo has been placed throughout the conference rooms. As you enter sessions and booths, you'll have the opportunity to click on CFRI’s logo to collect points. The attendee who earns the most points will have the chance to win an Apple iPad.

Additionally, every time you attend a presentation, ask a question, visit an exhibitor booth, participate in a lounge activity, etc., you earn points to be entered into a drawing for Amazon gift cards.
The digital binder is an electronic storage space that resides on CFRI’s conference platform. All you need to do is click on the document and select save to digital binder. Resources that attendees find helpful can be saved to your binder and downloaded at your convenience within the 30-day window.
The quickest way to reach a CFRI staff member with any questions or concerns during the event is at the Information Desk. Click on the “chat” button at the Info Desk. From there, you may find the answer to your question in one of the group chats, or you can reach out to a staff member in a one-on-one chat. You may also contact CFRI via email at cfri@cfri.org. Keep in mind that responses here may be delayed due to staff engagement in the Conference.
